Can someone throw their ideas here please...
You could probably accomplish this using this technique here. It is based on Set Actions, a feature that is a part of the 2018.3 release. You could modify this approach with combinations that could capture all of the options.
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I am using an older version (10.1.1), Is there any workaround to do in this version.
You could try unioning the data together with itself with a record type, constructing the visualizations with one portion of the record type field, and utilizing the record type as a filter. As long as the titles are hidden, and the sheets are contained within a layout container, it should function the exact same way as the sheet selection, but allowing for multiple values.
SELECT CITY, SALES, 'Bar Chart' as RECTYPE
SELECT CITY, SALES, 'Line Chart' as RECTYPE
SELECT CITY, SALES, 'Pareto Chart' as RECTYPE
Then, constructing 3 sheets, where Sheet 1 is filtered to only Bar Chart, Sheet 2 is Line Chart, and Sheet 3 is Pareto Chart. Then, using RECTYPE as a filter on the dashboard, should allow you to (functionally) select a chart for display.
You could also try using separate parameter controls for each viz type.
Each parameter drives a filter on the individual worksheets to Show/Hide the viz, with the value set to Y.
So, when the user chooses 'N', this particular view becomes blank.
I saved my sample using SuperStore back to v10.2, which is as far back as my version allows me to save. Hopefully you can use that, or at least follow the screenshots I've provided.
Hope this helps!
