yah we are good from a license and version standpoint.
but i'll double check again.
in the testing the performance button is hit almost immediately after the report/dashboard is loaded.
but that does bring up a the caching.
i'll poke around and check settings for that.

I know sometimes this is easier said than done, but can you upgrade to a newer release to take advantage of newer functionality, new performance enhancements (i.e. Hyper), and less chances for old bugs?
we are planning an upgrade.
but i was hoping to find a more solid interim solution than just restarting services until then we do upgrade.
