Better Join Your Data to make life easier. Since You havea field to Blend, Use the Same for Joining and get Other Benefits Like LOD, Filtering etc.
I did initially join the data by SKU, but some quantities were duplicated. In week 39 where there should be 4500 units turned into 6000 units after joining.
Is there a way to join without dupes?
Yes, Do you have some sample with fake data. Make the fake data exactly as your Original.
Would you be able to use the twbx file attached to the first post?
I would come back to you ASAP on this
I found your question trying to solve a problem of my own in filtering a blended data source. I think the problem you're experiencing is that although you identified the linking field between your two sources, you also need to activate that link from the Data pane. Click the grey broken chain links next to your linking field on the Secondary source so that it turns orange and becomes a completed link, like this:
Doing that in your twbx made the stacked bars you're looking for. The filters also work now, although I'm not sure why you're duplicating the same functionality with your parameter as you already have by just using your Manufacturer field as a filter.
I hope this helps!
I am able to stack by Manufacturer now. I always wondered what that gray broken paper clip looking thing was.
I guess I should've just clicked it and see.
