Have you been able to connect before using all the same settings and the same laptop ?
No, it's never worked on this laptop. I thought about setting up on my home PC but even if that worked, I'd need to know what was different and I didn't install the work laptop, IT did (I have no permission).
One update from previous post is the Snowflake connectivity check only works when i'm tethered to my phone but what i have just noticed is that error is different:

So assuming the network/proxy error can be overcome, the issue is now more about this final code=7 msg='Couldn't connect to server' osCode=10060 osMsg='Unknown error' error
