You can search on how to do dual-axis, where each measure have it's own color shelf where you can put each color logic.
Or you can do like in the attached.
Create 1 calculation for each measure for the color logic.
Concatenate all 4 calculations in one Color calculation.
Bring both Measure Names and Color on the color shelf (ctrl-click each one and drag)
As you can see you get one color for each possible combination of measure and logic.
Set the colors accordingly.
4 measures is a bit limit for that kind of solution, it's error prone, and if your dataset gets new combination, you will have to manually set the color for this new combination, but at least it works.
