When building dual axis graphs I don't seem to get the labeling very clear to the eye.

Using only one measure to label I use the old work around with adding a reference line. These labels allow a frame around the value.

However I need to use two values, actual and percent difference. I don't find any way to make this look good.

In the bars the color is automatically adapting to the color of the bars, but for the line that is not the case. Fiddling with colors on bars, lines or text is not an option.
