Calculating Fees based on nested condition

OK, here's the scenario for billing a customer based on the items they have ordered.

If the customer orders a laptop or desktop computer the charge if they want it installed is \$125 times Qty.

If the customer orders a laptop or desktop computer the charge if they do not want it installed is is \$100 times Qty.

If the customer orders a printer the charge is \$50 times Qty.

If the customer orders a monitor the charge is \$25 times Qty, BUT if they order the monitor with a computer, then the monitor charge is \$0.

This last part is what I am struggling with. I've tried a nested IF ELSEIF but was unsuccessful.

Has anyone else run into a situation like this? It seems that it should be simple.

Thanks in advance for pointing me in the right direction.
