Yep. The first figure is of the summary tab. It would be great if the summary tab also showed the names associated with the visits - that's what I am looking for. I know who made the visit based on the filter I have of the list of potential people making visits. Once I make that choice, I would like to see only names of people who were visited. The way I have it currently, the summary tab shows that Person A made 4 visits. I want to know who were those 4 people. The full data tab shows ALL the 47 people, and I have to go and sort on the visit field so that I can see who was visited. Rather than those three extra steps, is there a way that either the summary tab shows the names of only those 4 people; or that the full data shows the full data for only those 4 people?
Deepti - View underlying data shows only the aggregated data, it cannot be further granular.
How about adding a viz in tooltip to show the list of persons that person A visited? Just an idea.

Very wierd! I don't know why it works, but it does - I made a calculated field "any visits" with a true/false filter. When I choose "true", magically my "full data" tab shows me underlying data on only the selected 4!
I'm glad it works, but I hope someone can explain to me why it work!
How it works. Please share the workbook for further.
thank you all for your advices, it helped me as well and I'm sending you how my calculated field looks like:
IF [VISIT STATUS] = "Completed" THEN 'True' END
And I dragged that dimension to filter and checked only "True". That will filter non completed visits from View Full Data.
Hope it helps.
