Hi all,

I need to sum the "Number of Employees" for each Company, but need to exclude a row of data if there is a duplicate value within each customer. See example below.

For customer H only the first 260,000 should be part of a sum formula and for Customer I both the 1 and 20 should be part of the sum formula.

I tried a few solutions, but use cases like customer K created some road blocks.

Note: the "Include?" column is only for reference.
