1. Assume two totally unique, separate Tableau Server installations on the same network. Tableau Server A and Tableau Server B.
2. Assume one user, Bob, has a Tableau Server Viewer license on Tableau Server A.
3. Bob wants access to Tableau Server B as a Viewer.
4. Tableau Server B has zero viewer licenses available.
Does Bob have to purchase another viewer license to access Tableau Server B?
Can Bob use his Tableau Server A Viewer License on Tableau Server B - simultaneously. That is, without disabling his user license on A?
Need to buy an another license.
Your license is not based on the username its based on the number of users added , since B doesnt have viewer license so you need to buy a license to add the Bob.
Hope this helps
