From the "top of my head". If you bring a measure on "Angle" in the Markscard they will re-size based on the portion in you data.

Thanks Norbert – I tried that, but since Super Powers is text it wasn’t compatible with the Angle mark.
So I tried creating a calculated field with Count() and placing that on the Angle mark, but that didn’t seem to have any effect.

I read this post and looked at the given solution. Of course it works but only for this problem with 3 values that need to be concatened in a tooltip.
It is not flexible for situations where you have more values e.g. 6,7,8. In fact you do not want to know how many values there will be. The only thing you have to keep in mind is that it should list attribute values in other words " a normal short lists"
If anyone knows if this ever will be solved in a nice intuitive way by Tableau please let me know
