I have the attached workbook. I am using the Closed, Active and Open sheets as filters. The closed sheet works fine, so no worries there.
The Active sheet filter does not work. The good thing about that sheet is that when I select Core Solutions as the ticket type it shows zero.
The Open sheet filter works but when I select Core Solutions as ticket type it disappears because there are no tickets open.
I want to have the best of both worlds, use the sheet as filter and show zero if there are no records.
Is it possible to have a filter that shows zero when there are no records?
