Hi Raiyan K
I suggest you can first watch Kirill Eremenko's teaching course in Udemy and when you finish basic courses go to youtube find Andy Briebel.

A good place to start is with the Tableau free on-line training at Tableau Training: View Training Courses
Tableau is and excel are fundamentally different - excel operates on an individual cell - you write a formula in a cell and then copy it to other cells -
Tableau is data base orient - using dimensions to categorize data and Measures which contain values - calculations are written using a combination of dimensions and measures - (think like writing your cell based formula in excel AND copying it along and entire column) - the Tableau calculation results in a new measure (or dimension) at a different level (aggregate level for example) in your data set
check out the training - start with some simple calculations and see the affect - then expand to more complex calculation - Calc I and Calc II in the training

You can go to the below link and go through all the videos under calculation header. it will take 65 mins , but trust me its worth it.
It will clear your understanding of Tableau Calculation.
Thanks a lot for your detailed explanation.
What i do for now is i try to perform calculations in excel and try to write the same logic in Tableau.
However, I have gone through most of the recordings for Calculations but still struggling to write calculated logic for what i want to achieve.
Is there a way to learn step by step calculations and get logical aspects of understanding the calculations.
Thanks Meenu. I will check out these videos and let you know my thoughts on the same.
