Hello Hari,

The attached workbook and below screenshot needed some additional calculation modifications to what you'd already started in addition to some formatting changes.  This will work, so long as the time durations don't exceed 1-day.  Because you're seeking time durations of under 20 minutes, this shouldn't be an issue.  If this resolves your issue, please mark this response as correct.  Thanks, Don

Hello,

This is another approach, I have converted everything to string and played with it. It might not be the best approach but you can have a look. (Make sure to change the number format to hh:mm:ss)

Hi Don,

Thank you for your response I tried this but the only problem is if grand total is going to be more than 24 hrs. In that scenario it doesn't work. In my case its definitely going to be more than 24 hrs.

Hello Hari,

Got the solution need to use an INCLUDE level of detail expression on the 'Less than 20 minutes' calculation:

sum( { INCLUDE [Id]:

IF SUM([Seconds])< 1200 THEN

SUM([Seconds])

ELSE 0 END

})

and then use the Total Using  -> Automatic option.
