What are the filters getting applied may be sheet is going blank because the filter combination doesn't have data at all it seems

The problem is all of your records are going into SLA category as per delivery date and none is coming in MISSING SLA or PAST SLA. One way of doing it is by creating 3 columns each for SLA,Missing SLA and Past SLA. It looks like this:
