# Showing the percentage of the population in each cell in a pane

I want to add the % of the number of dots in each cell (in corner of each cell)  wrt to the total number of dots in this sheet ( sum of all cells or total count).

example - the x % and the Y % for the two cells below.

Can someone help me with this.

Thank you.

Abhilash,

This didn't quite get there, but maybe it can give ideas.

Thanks, buddy,

Somehow it's not working. I am attaching my workbook, let me know if I am doing something wrong. I was able to get the percent separately but with the other calculations, it's not showing on the same page.

Abhilash,

Apologies, I may have missed it, but I didn't find the changes in the workbook.

Would be grateful if you would show a screenshot of the changes or repost it.

Hi, Sorry looks like it did not attach the last time. Here is my file where I am trying to add the % in the cells without changing the other parameters and formatting.

Thanks ..

Abhilash,

Apologies for the delay.

Wasn't able to get it in the corner, but labelled the last dot:

IF [Employee Name]={ FIXED [CoE BEHAVIOR],[Chosen Business Outcome]:MAX([Employee Name])}

THEN [Percent of Total] END

Thank you so much. Your help is highly appreciated.

Abhilash,

I didn't check carefully, but there may situations where

the percentages (calculated using FIXED) may get thrown off

because of different filter selections.

If that happens, it is possible it can be corrected just by adding

the filters to the context.
