I don't have 10.1 installed in my desktop, but in case you have chance to open 10.2, please find attached workbook. But I think you can reproduce the calculation from my screenshot. Let me know if you have question

attached i a 10.2 workbook you may not be able to open so I will walk you through the steps
this finds the stage change
this finds the max
and this is the filter
all the table calculations are set like this
create the viz
