Probably the extract is not getting the updated data,meaning its not refreshed properly.
Please try to refresh the extract and then check the workbook.

But while remaining in extract mode, if I add the column "ID" the good results are well displayed. And anyway, I had already tried your solution but it does not matter, my extract was already up to date.

Not clear with your issue here,You are saying that in extract mode it appears fine and in live connection mode it works well.
Where is the problem you are facing?

Nicolas Besnier Jul 12, 2018 4:55 AM (in response to kumar bharat)The problem is that, in extract mode, I only get the good results when I display the "ID" field. If I only display the name of the artist and the quantity there are missing results (look at my screenshots as attachments)
In direct connection mode, I get the good results, regardless of whether I display the "ID" column or not.
