As a troubleshooting step I would attempt to make sure the Extract API has been properly installed.

Thank you very much for the time.
Yeah i'm pretty sure that i followed all steps.
Here is a picture where we see that i can import the API, but still have the same issue.
What is weird too, is that import error:
And finally, when i run the script from a python shell, i have this error. I showed the traceback maybe it can help you to find the source of the problem:

The error's message you are getting "Hyper Server did not correctly" might be that the folder is not specified and the default cannot be written by the user. Check that the folder where you are writing the extract already exists, and that you have permissions to write to the folder.
