It is possible in tableau.There are two parts to it (A &B)
A) tableau workbook level
1) you can use username function and apply db filter,please check
2) Alternatively you can use row level security and implement with single user id.
B) tableau server level
once you publish the workbook to server you need to set permissions and access to the users accordingly.

I guess you did not understand the question. What I want to achieve is that two users have opened a dashboard at their system. When a user applies a filter on his screen the same filter should be applied at the other user and vice versa.
Synchronous editing of a dashboard, where changes made by one user appear live to another in real time, is not a functionality currently available in Tableau, but that's an interesting idea you could add to the Ideas forum!
Users can change filters/parameters/selections on a dashboard, and then save a custom view with their choices, that can then be shared with other users:
