Backup Fails - Linux Server 10.5.2

    Gordon Hawkins

Hi - I am not able to make a backup on my current install of 10.5.2 on Linux.  It is running on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS.  Everytime I run the backup job, I get the following error:

8% - Starting the Active Repository instance.

16% - Waiting for the Active Repository to start.

      25% - Installing backup services.

33% - Gathering disk space information from all nodes.

41% - Checking if sufficient disk space is available on all nodes.

      50% - Backing up configuration.

58% - Backing up object storage data.

66% - Backing up database failed: 'org.apache.thrift.TApplicationException: Internal error processing completeStartDatabase'

Anyone have thoughts on this?  I have a case open but haven't got any answers yet.
