    Combine separate columns

I have a data set that has a column for company and two separate columns for gender (female, male). I want to create a stacked column chart with company name on the X axis and the split in percentage female -male on the Y axis. However, I cannot do that given that the two genders appear in separate columns. Additionally, I want to create a filter where the user can select the gender.

I included below the chart I had in mind (created in excel).

Do you have any tips on how to replicate this in Tableau?
