I reshaped your data in the attached. (I used excel as a data source.)
First I added a record identifier. I think you'll want to do that one way or another in your actual data. You might not need it for this specific exercise, but tableau doesn't keep track of positional location of rows from the data. You'll want something to differentiate one row from another.
So see Sheet 2 for what I made the data look like. (I'll also attach the excel file.)
Next I did PIVOT on the three columns. This makes a single dimension out of the three, with the dimension names being the column names from the original source, and the values being the values from the original data.
See Sheet 3 for that data and how it can be laid out. Notice the difference in row/column pills between sheets 2 and 3.
Now we can use LOD to gather the values in a meaningful way. See Sheet 4.
