Do you have a copy of some data in a packaged workbook that can be shared here? The window_sum() likely needs to be defined using 'specific dimensions' although a LOD calculation may also be an option but I am unable to tell you how to configure the table calculation without seeing the workbook and the dimensions in the view.

On top of what Patrick said, you might also want to check out Computing a Table Calculation by a Dimension Not Present in the View  Tableau Software
Essentially if you are using table calculations, then all dimensions needed to correctly compute the table calculation must be in the view. However, the above directions explain how to modify the view to hide the additional detail.
