1. Re: Combining Google Accounts Data
Sherzodbek Ibragimov Oct 11, 2017 8:13 AM (in response to vita nesvetailov)I hope i understood your requirements. You can do two or more sheets with separate filters that works for each sheet and bring them to the same dashboard. This way, you can switch each country in each sheet and compare it to another country in another sheet.

vita nesvetailov Oct 11, 2017 12:57 PM (in response to Sherzodbek Ibragimov)Thank you for your response. The data source is live GA so I don't think I can create separate sheets. Do you think there is a way to do it with live connection.

3. Re: Combining Google Accounts Data
Sherzodbek Ibragimov Oct 11, 2017 1:24 PM (in response to vita nesvetailov)For my solutions, it doesn't really matter if it is live or extract as you will be creating the same view in 2 sheets with 2 filters that applies to each sheet and bring them to a dashboard. Does it make a sense?

vita nesvetailov Oct 12, 2017 2:58 AM (in response to Sherzodbek Ibragimov)No, I don't really. I don't have a filter that separates two countries so I am not sure how I can link two worksheets into one dashboard. Are you able to open the file? Thank you

Sherzodbek Ibragimov Oct 12, 2017 7:11 AM (in response to vita nesvetailov)I just looked at your file, and I couldn't figure out how you are differentiating GA and PH worksheets. Honestly, I have very hard time to understand your requirements and what you are trying to achieve. Can you be much more specific?

6. Re: Combining Google Accounts Data
vita nesvetailov Oct 12, 2017 7:28 AM (in response to Sherzodbek Ibragimov)This is exactly why I was stuck as I don't have a way to differentiate the two. The initial task was to build a dashboard which is called Example Content Dashboard and the source was one Google Analytics account for one country. Now the task is to another Google Analytics data for a different country which is PH.
My question is now how can I create a filter in the dashboard so that the user can choose GA or PH data? As an example I only pulled data for the Website TopLine Data portion of the dashboard. Does that make sense?

7. Re: Combining Google Accounts Data
Sherzodbek Ibragimov Oct 12, 2017 7:38 AM (in response to vita nesvetailov)Thanks for specs, I see what you are trying to do now. I have never tried but you should be able to achieve that if you can union those Google Analytics accounts then you will have all countries in union data that will have a country field that you will use to switch countries. Please try and let me know how things go.

vita nesvetailov Oct 12, 2017 8:39 AM (in response to Sherzodbek Ibragimov)Thank you for your fast response. Unfortunately the option of union is not possible in this case but I will post here if I find a solution.

Sherzodbek Ibragimov Oct 12, 2017 9:23 AM (in response to Sherzodbek Ibragimov)Would you be able to look at this for me? I am sure it is possible but can't think of another way to achieve what she is looking for. Thanks for your time.

Sherzodbek Ibragimov Oct 16, 2017 8:31 AM (in response to vita nesvetailov)I was wondering if you ever tried to blend them instead of join? Once blended based on common field, then you can bring from those different accounts to one dashboard.

vita nesvetailov Oct 17, 2017 6:13 AM (in response to Sherzodbek Ibragimov)Yes, this is exactly what I did. I created a parameter for each country and then for each measure I did a calculated field.
Thank you for the follow up!
