I'm not a servicenow admin, so I'm not sure if there's some special method for sharing the id. But based on the instructions, it says to at least temporarily share it.
i have the same issue, i'm both a servicenow admin and supporting tableau, the only user that did work was an admin role, which of course we dont want to use, all other attempts didnt work at all.
i guess its too new, and i couldnt find anything on SN community (i posted a question there as well).
if i'll hear \ figure out anything i will let you know!
Michal Ortar any update on this, I am also facing similar issue. I can login with admin account and not with any other users with ITIL or ITIL_Admin roles.
You also mentioned you are ServiceNow admin, can you shed some light on how to create local accounts. (Here I am using ServiceNow Dev instance for testing).
