If you have the link's information stored in a field, you can place your worksheet into a dashboard and add a URL Action:
click 'Dashboard' -> 'Actions...' -> then you will see this...
In the attached workbook, I made each subcategory field change the link below...
So when you click on a Sub-Category, for example "Tables" then the end of that URL (the part that reads <Sub-Category>) is replaced with the text "Tables".
Now if you have a field that already has the entire URL, you could simply reference that field so that instead of having the 'https://www.google.com/.../<Sub-Category>', you would simply have <my_field_with_URL>.
