Our suite of digital and mobile apps are based on clinically validated research with proven efficacy and are sold as a SaaS solution for employers and health plans.We are looking for an innovative and energetic Tableau Developer to play a key role in implementing our strategic reporting initiatives to drive business and product decisions. In this role you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success and development of our analytics function.

      What you will do.

      • Work with various stakeholders thought the company to gather reporting requirements
      • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for a variety of end users
      • Serve as subject matter expert on Tableau tool
      • Support ad hoc and deep dive analyses in Tableau and other tools (Stata, R, SQL)
      • Experience in or knowledge of the health and wellness industry
      • Self-starter with a passion and aptitude for learning new tools and technologies
      • Loves telling stories with data
      • 1-2 years experience with creating dashboards in Tableau or a similar Business Intelligence/data visualization tool
      • 2-3 years experience with creating queries and joins with SQL
      • Ability to understand new and complex data structures
      • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
      • Team-player with ability to work collaboratively across functions in a fast-paced environment
      • Ability to juggle and manage to multiple projects and deadlines
      • Flexible personality with an entrepreneurial spirit—able to adapt to changing priorities
      Nice to have
      • 1-2 years experience with SAS/R/Stata or another statistical package
      • 1-2 courses in applied statistics or econometrics, preferably at the graduate level
