Thanks Nathan for quick response. But I have couple of concerns on the Guest User
1) Can we create multiple Guest user accounts to provide it to different bunch of users? if yes, how many can we create?
2) Can these users login to server to view the workbooks?
The Guest User is not quite the same as a typical user account. There is only one of them and there is no permission or authentication tied to that user - it is an account that is a member of the "All Users" group. If the All Users group has been given access to a workbook, then non-named users can access a view of the workbook via the Guest User. The individuals viewing a workbook via the Guest User account will need to be provided the embed link - providing them the straight link to the workbook will prompt them to authenticate with the Tableau Server. There is an important call-out on the Guest User page:
Guest is a special account that is used only to allow users to see views. The Guest user cannot browse the Tableau Server interface and won't see server interface elements in the view, such as user name, account settings, comments, and so on.
Hope this helps!
