It's a bit tough, since I'm not a fluent French speaker, but I believe this error is telling you that the twbx file is corrupt in some way.
Usually, this is similar to any other file being corrupt, IE: a zip and cannot be recovered on that computer.
You'll need to redownload to get a new copy.

it could be also that he may have older version thus giving error. Also if you click show details (right of Ok button), it will tell why he is getting error. I hope it helps.
Ah, yah - that too! The French threw me off my game.
I don't speak French at all, but I have seen something like this error before when I had both version 9 and 10 installed and version 9 was a default to open all Tableau files :-). So, I thought this could be a problem with it. Let's see if it solves his problem.
