Finding a summ of days with activity of users in a month

Hello. I have a table, which shows an activity of employees working on computers.

I want to find:

A summ of days with activity of employees in a month, which minimal activity is 4 hours in a day.

Hi Aleks,

Yes, It is possible. Can you please share sample data in an excel?

Hi.

It would be something like:

{Fixed [Month of Date]: Sum(TIME)}

I created a personalized data Year/Month Month of Date.

This works. You will have to see formats since you are working with time. Maybe you have to divide per 24, number of hours in a day.

HI Aleks,

I have just created with my assumptions that your data will look like 5:00:00 in the datasource this and you expect just the number of days.

Try the below and let me know

sum(

{ INCLUDE [Date] :

if datepart('hour',min([Hours])) >=8 then

1

ELSE

0

END

}

)

Hi Aleks,

convert time to seconds

Seconds:

DATEPART('hour',[Time]) * 3600 + DATEPART('minute',[Time])*60 + DATEPART('second',[Time])

create once more calculation as below

Y-M-D:

str(datepart('year',[Date]))+str(datepart('month',[Date]))+str(datepart('day',[Date]))

now fix the above calculation

{ fixed Y-M-D : sum(Seconds)}

Thanks,

Sreekanth
