I want to show in data filter all of them but Null on the list. Is it possible to show everything but null visually on filter? Thank you

You can right click on datasource
Edit datasource source filter
click add and select the Grad or UnderGran and exclude null
I think I have to clarify even further. Those data filters are coming from another data source with relationship. There is no null value on the list if it is used in original data source. As soon as I use those filters at another data source as the filter, I am getting null values too ( i know why i have null values, but I dont want them to be included in other data source). Thus, I need to remove null from list as below:
