Could you please put the measure CNTD(BookingID) in the Filter shelf, and then from the Filter dialog, select "Special > Non-Null Values"

The data source need to be extracted.
So, Go to Data Menu , select de data source and click on extract data ...
After that, save as twbx.
You can choose a few rows to extract

For each column, there is at least 1 row that is populated; thus, you cannot eliminate any columns. Likewise is true for rows. What exactly are you trying to accomplish in terms of metrics? Maybe there is a better way to approach the problem.
