Do you need to show 250+columns ??. Yes tableau has a limitation in doing that.
Are you getting the data from excel?
If you want to show all these columns in worksheet like excel formatting. you cant do it and tableau doesn't support this type of reporting. Think for a alternative where you can use the tableau features and charts rather than showing a text table or cross tab format.
Please share your use case that will be helpful for community members to help you out in your scenario.
Yes i am getting the data from excel. So i have divided the Columns based on the Product Category and now i have like 65 columns in each products.

There are ways we can do this in Tableau, BUT I highly discourage you from doing.
Tableau's strength is in Visual Analysis of Data through Database Driven Graphics, is wasn't intended to be used as substitute for Excel Text Tables, hence why doing so in Tableau is difficult.
If you get a chance, read through this Thread on the topic of Crosstabs vs Visual Analysis
If it is an absolute must, then you are most likely going to want to HACK the XML (Emphasis on HACK, not supported and prone to issues)
