Out of 82 tables in Postgress database for Tableau, what are the main tables we should leverage in general?

Do you know if Postgress data for tableau maintains data for last 3 months, 6 month? is there any specific period they keep data for?

There is no answer because it depends on the questions you have.

For a start, the "history_..." tables and all of the views (they start with an underscore).
