We provide direct access to Facebook data with our data bridge Facebook Page Insights (retrieves both page level and post level data, see this Google doc for data definitions: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1nM1s8wjTjAHqGu3YPIysMc8pRgbnh7zCYUKmq97y5T0/edit#gid=559216852). The data is then stored into a private Amazon Redshift database. This can be easily accessed directly from Tableau. This method doesn’t require any tech skills to integrate and automate loading data from Facebook.
We have customers that are collecting hundred pages into a single view. This is useful for agencies or business with many brands since it simplifies the process of consolidating all the data so Tableau can have easy access.
Hope, this might be helpful. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
