    Tableau Dashboard doesn't update as per our timings


      Hi Team,


      For some reason, my tableau dashboard does not refresh its extract from about 4 am until the early afternoon (PST).  I’ve observed this happening for the last week and a half.


      It’s currently setup to run a refresh every 15 mins so I’m not sure if it’s due to priority that it does not update later in the morning.  I checked the Usage Stats dashboard and it does not indicate any failed jobs, but the refresh date/time on my dashboard does not update.  I had to perform some manual updates this morning to get the latest data.


      Any idea why this is happening?  Maybe you can check the Tableau Server to see if it’s lower in priority or if some morning jobs are failing?


      Appreciate any help you can provide.
