Are Desktop, Server following the same Time Zone?
If yes, then either Refresh or restart the Server once.

You can go to Tasks, find the particular workbook, and see its Schedule, Priority, Next Update, and Last Update:
On that page you can also select the particular workbook and edit the Schedule as well as the Priority.
Chances are good that due to the particular workbook's Priority it is getting pushed aside for Tasks that have a higher Priority. This can be fixed several ways:
- Change the Schedule. Set it to a time that is less active in regards to extracts.
- Change the Priority. Set the Priority to a smaller number (1 = Highest Priority, 100 = Lowest Priority).
- If you have a high-extract environment then add a Backgrounder Process. This is our situation and I run four. Made a HUGE difference in extract & subscription processing (subscriptions have a lower Priority (closer to 100) than Extracts (closer to 1)).
- A combination of the above 3. You're going to need to experiment because only you know your Server best.
Also watch your Background Tasks report, looking for long yellow "in process" bars. This will show show you when the Task started but is waiting (in a "holding pattern") for its turn to get processed according to its Priority.
