    iPad app not showing all workbooks-Reinstall fixes only temporarily


      At my company we've had several instances of this happening. To put it simply, the iPad app does not always reflect the workbooks found for the same user on the Tableau Server website.

      The iPad app updates automatically, which puts it at version 8.1.x, while our server is currently on version 8.0.x. Would this be the issue?


      An app reinstall works, but only temporarily before some of the workbooks disappear from the iPad again. Has anyone else encountered this issue?
