There appears to be a mismatched parenthesis in your calculation. It seems you're trying to compute one ATTR() within another. Try this instead:
IF ATTR ([ProcessDate]) = ATTR([International Holiday List].[Plant_closing_date])
then [Total Orders]-[N]
else [Total Orders] end
I hope this helps,
can anyone help me in this issue?
I am unable to mix aggregate function in if condition,
If i use
Then the answer is not relevant getting 0.
Thanks in Advance,
this is my formula
IF [Last Conversation Date] >= #2019-01-01#
AND [Last Conversation Date] <= #2019-01-31#
THEN SUM([RM FOLLOW Up]/ IF [Appt Date]< TODAY() THEN [Appointments] END)
Doesn't matter what I tried I always got [cannot mix aggreagte and not aggregate comparasions and results with IF statement]
Hi Aaron - I hear the frustration -
that said I would really like to see the workbook -- it looks like you have some other calculations in this one and we need to see those also
all that message means is that something in the formula is aggregated and other dimensions / measures are not aggregated
it is easy to see that sum([rm follow up]) is aggregated that means that [appointments], [last conversation date] and [appt date] need to be aggregate also
if they are not already aggregated by a calculation then you can warp them individually in attr() , min(), or max() which ever makes the most sense in the analysis
