Is there any possibility you could post the workbook? I have found that, in rare cases, this can happen sometimes when the filter is not on the filters shelf for other sheets. In other words, if I put the filter on ABC and DEF is using the same data source, DEF will sometimes not filter since it isn't in my list of filters. Try adding it to the filter for the other worksheets and just selecting "Use All." An example or screenshots would definitely help, though, if you are able to provide them!
I found the answer. I should have looked more closely. The sheets in which the filter didn’t change are reading from a different data source.
