How do you plot 3 statistics of of the same data on the same graph?

I have a set of data that models line-up length as a function of the population given a certain number of queues (think of it as a model that determines how many portable toilets to have at a concert). Basically, for each population size, it models over 9 hours what the queue size would be at each point in time.

Using R with ggplot2, I can produce this graph, which puts the Max, Mean and Median all on the same graph (ignore for a moment why exactly you would want this - let's say instead I wanted to plot the Max, Mean and Min, which might be more useful):

However, I would much rather be doing this work in Tableau. The trouble is, I can't figure out how to get three different statistics on the same plot. Using Dual Axis and then Synchronizing them can get two, but I can't get three.

      Any ideas?
