Salesforce records all the stage changes that an opportunity undergoes over a period of time. Such as seeing when a deal go from Deal Stage 1 to Deal Stage 2 and the date that the change took place.
Does anyone have experience in using all this data to look at larger historical trends? I've tried a number of different table calculations, but I haven't been able to bring the whole picture together.
Is this something someone at Tableau has done in the past?
I believe this can be done. I don't currently have access to a Salesforce connection and don't recall the exact structure of the data. Would you be able to mockup some data and provide a packaged workbook as a starting point?
