Do any of you guys/gals have a KPI style dashboard at your school? If so, what measures do you keep track of, and who at your school uses what? I am moving forward with creating one for my institution, and am looking for ideas on what to give as examples to my executive team.
Also, I plan to have reports that are commonly requested. I know most places have different needs, but what are some of the reports that people said "I've always wanted easy access to this"?
