You might try creating a calculated field that offsets the date by one day and use that field for a relative date filter. (Don't use it anywhere else in the view).
Relative Date Filter
DATEADD('day', 1, [Date])
It will do what you want, but you'll have a few UI oddities if you show the quick filter control such as "Today" really means "Yesterday". And when the quick filter UI displays "03/06/2012 to 03/12/2012" it really means "03/07/2012 to 03/13/2012".
