lol

Whats the lowest level non calculated field ?

or Can you email this as a package workbook?

• ###### 31. Re: Graph issues

Ok here are the lowest level calcs (using metric1 for example - the other 3 metrics follow the same flow):

metric1:

1-(([NUMERATOR])/SUM([DENOMINATOR]))

NUMERATOR:

SUM([SUBNUM1])+SUM([SUBNUM2])

GOAL_metric1: (I took out the values for annonymnity)

CASE [FUNCTION_CAL]

WHEN 1 THEN <insert value>

WHEN 2 THEN <insert value>

WHEN 3 THEN <insert value>

WHEN 4 THEN 0

WHEN 5 THEN <insert value>

WHEN 6 THEN 0

WHEN 7 THEN 0

WHEN 8 THEN <insert value>

WHEN 9 THEN <insert value>

WHEN 11 THEN 0

ELSE 0 END

FUNCTION_CAL:

CASE [GRP_ID]

WHEN 'GROUP1' THEN 1

WHEN 'GROUP2' THEN 2

WHEN 'GROUP3a' THEN 3

WHEN ‘GROUP3b’ THEN 3

WHEN ‘GROUP3c’ THEN 3

WHEN 'GROUP4' THEN 4

WHEN ‘GROUP5a’ THEN 5

WHEN 'GROUP5b' THEN 5

WHEN ‘GROUP6a’ THEN 6

WHEN ‘GROUP6b’ THEN 6

WHEN 'GROUP6c' THEN 6

WHEN ‘GROUP7’ THEN 7

WHEN 'GROUP8a' THEN 8

WHEN 'GROUP8b' THEN 8

WHEN 'GROUP9' THEN 9

WHEN 'GROUP10' THEN 10

WHEN 'TMCS_WECD' THEN 11

WHEN 'WTDS_WTDS' THEN 11

ELSE 0 END

Can you right click on MET_GOAL and convert that to Dimension.

• ###### 33. Re: Graph issues

The reason I ask is the values in MET_GOAL are either NULL, "1/2" or "3/4" right. These cannot be aggregated as they are specific for every CUST_ID

• ###### 34. Re: Graph issues

I tried to right click on MET_GOAL and do not see the option for Convert to Dimension.  I assume this is because it is a CASE STATEMENT and the '1/2' and '3/4' fields are in quotes?

MET_GOAL calculation shows up under Measures and looks like this:

=Abc [MET_GOAL]

Here's what shows when I right click on MET_GOAL: • ###### 35. Re: Graph issues

is MET_GOAL different than MET_GOALS, coz in your first screenshot MET_GOALS shows up as = # MET_GOALS

• ###### 36. Re: Graph issues

No, they are the same field.  I shortened the name for simplicity of describing the field to you.

• ###### 37. Re: Graph issues

Sorry Jackie, I would have to work with the workbook to go any further on this. Can you replicate the same with dummy data or do a screen share?
