There is no way to turn off the 'auto-grouping.' However, if you want there to be something on each line, right click on Region, Order Priority and Supplier and select Duplicate for each one (in the data box). Then, place Region (copy), then Order Priority (copy) and Supplier (copy) to the left of the original fields on the rows shelf. Then, right click on each of those copied fields and un-check Show Header.

I've found a calculated field with the contents: Index() to be helpful in this scenario. It should work perfectly placed on the left-most place on the rows shelf. If your measures include table calculations Level of Detail calculations may help get you out of a bind.
