To my knowledge, Tableau only has built in UK postcode support (Lat/Long) to the outcode level - so in your set it's down to the S33, SK1 etc level. Do you want to plot an average at that level or are you looking to plot every house point on your map?
If it's the former you can split out the piece you need and give it the geo role of postcode:
If it's the latter then you'll need to use a second set of reference data which contains latitude/longitude information at that level - the links on this thread may help:

That’s really helpful, thanks Nik. I’ll dig into that second link later.
(I will need both parts of the postcode to be used due to the granularity that these points need to be plotted at).
