How to return specific rows based on value of one column

So i'm trying to either create a simple dashboard or sheet where I can use my filter to determine which OWNER of information i'm looking at. Once selected, all of the NAME(s) associated to that OWNER will return a list of any of the CAR, HOUSE, MARRIED, or KIDS rows which have "N/A" or a blank in them.

For Example for OWNER Pooja, Akshay Smith would have a list next to him of CAR, HOUSE, MARRIED, and KIDS but Ramya Jacobs would only have HOUSE and KIDS listed next to her since those are her only rows with N/A values.

any detailed help would be greatly appreciated since i'm still learning Tableau! (2019.1)
