The screenshot below you provided is a success login onto Tableau Public, not your Tableau Server.
Please test the login on your Tableau Server instead.

If you want to publish dashboard in tableau online than please see below screenshot and login to public online credential.

You are confusing your terminology.
The screenshot you shared of what you are calling "Tableau Online" is NOT the product called Tableau Online. If that is a screenshot of the place you created your login, then that is Tableau PUBLIC, which is a completely different product.
So, did you create an account on Tableau Public? If so, THAT is where you need to connect from Tableau Desktop, NOT Tableau Online.
please make sure that you have a tableau server, and enter the server IP address in here and then click connect
if you do have a tableau server(a secure place inside your organization), what happen after you click connect? can you share screen shots? you might want to contact the person who is the tableau server administrator for more help.
if you do not have a tableau server, you can publish workbook to tableau public(a not so secure place in the cloud) to share, but you need to create an account first(free)
