I've not seen that behavior before. I just tried with MacOS Catalina and my initial attempt when clicking on your posted link got me an automatic download of a .dms file to my downloads folder. That's never happened before with a public viz.
In using the following link from your profile Tableau Public with my iPhone X, it appears to initially display the view, but then that fades away almost immediately and all I can see is just the Title of the Viz and the metadata for the Viz.
Have you tried republishing?

I tried republishing with similar results. I know that it doesn't work also on Firefox Browser or Linux.
it is ok with Linux and Firefox, but on Apple products it stays the same.
The most strange thing is that it shows the title from the first version of the viz. (https://public.tableau.com/views/IronmanMedals/Dashboard1?:embed=y&:display_count=yes&:origin=viz_share_link ).
I discovered that even on Windows, after editing description of the new viz, something like this appears:
In order to show changes I made I don't want to delete an old version. But note that the new title is different:
I don't have any other thoughts on your issue as it appears to involve multiple things:
- Display issues dependent on browser type.
- Title is not updating according to changes made.
- Download link causes a .dms file to auto-download when on MacOS.
You may want to open a ticket with Tableau on the issue.
